Private Fees
I am fee assured with all major health insurance providers. The exact charge will be in line with your insurance company and you will not be charged any shortfall. However, if there was any excess in your policy, you will be billed by us separately.
Scans like Ultrasound and MRI will attract an additional cost and this will be advised by the hospital before you have the scan. Minor procedures like obtaining cervical smears, swabs, biopsies, insertion or removal of contraceptive coil, and any injections done at the time of consultation will also have additional costs (procedure charge) and so will usually require insurers’ approval before it is done. Some procedures require sending samples to the laboratory for investigations and so will have a further charge by the hospital for processing the samples.
For insured patients, all charges be billed to your insurer directly except for any excess. For self-paying patients, the cost of these will be advised to you by the hospital and by me and you will have an opportunity to decide on this before you proceed.
